Памятник архитектуры лужковской Москвы. Хлипкие эскалаторы, маленькие помещения, несоблюдение элементарных норм противопожарной безопасности. Случись чего, живым с третьего, да даже И со второго этажа не выбраться! Кто разрешил функционировать этому курятнику? Инспекторов пожарной безопастности, регулярно подписавающих разрешения на эксплуатацию, надо судить! Собственник сего торгового павильона (даже смешно)- бесстыжий и безответственный хапуга! Арендаторы - останутся без штанов в слусае чп. Надеюсь, после открытия Станции Стромынка и реконструкции Сокольнической площади его на радость местным жителям снесут!

Некоторые местные жители ругают этот торговый центр, а мне он нравится 🙂 Удобно расположен, много нужных магазинов. Всегда найдется что-то необходимое и не надо никуда ехать 👍

1. наши доблестные власти в погоне за деньгами сделали стоянки для машин платными, поэтому посещать магазин стало не выгодно, снизилось количество покупателей и разбежались продавцы2. длительное строительство мцк на площади между метро и парком способствовало дальнейшему снижению покупателей и продавцов3. до строительства и платных парковок в Раздолье размещались очень приличные магазины, а сейчас там — какое- то барахло: ортопедическая обувь, продукты, бижутерия, немножко обуви одежды сред ней паршивости по завышенным ценам – показать

Постоянно хожу в магазин на 1 этаже напротив лифта, покупаю у них домашнюю одежду — пижамы, халаты, полотенца, носки и т.д. производства Турции, Китая, России., все прекрасного качества. И своих знакомых сюда привожу.
