Офис расположен недалеко от метро Автозаводская. Четыре терминала для внесения денег, один для выдачи. Удобно, что воспользоваться терминалом можно и в выходные, когда сам офис закрыт. В будни лучше приходить днем, т.к. бывают очереди.

Типовой офис Русского стандарта. Обычаи делового оборота, правила и регламенты Сбербанка 15 летней давности перекочевали в Русский стандарт и особенно в этот офис. Все очень сложно, завуалированно и нечитабельно для типового клиента, у которого нет штата юристов под боком. Открытие счета занимает 40 минут, при условии, что ты один в отделении, никто не мешает и программа не виснет.

Зашёл сегодня вечером после работы с вопросом о закрытии счёта, взял талончик в электронную очередь, подождал не более 5 минут. Меня пригласил стажёр, который решил вопрос вежливо, грамматно и так же быстро, как составило ожидание в очереди.

Медленное обслуживание, мало сотрудников, в очереди вечно нервяк, клиенты уходят недовольными. Менеджеры отчаянно пытаются впарить хоть какие-то продукты.
