Взяла кредит на год. А когда пришло время платить, была в командировке. Пришлось идти в местное отделение банка. Думала будет возня и долго проторчу в банке, но нет. Я все быстро оплатила и была свободна.

Хочу написать несколько слов в адрес банка «Русский стандарт». Уже несколько лет являюсь клиентом этого банка, и меня всегда все устраивало. Вежливые и знающие свое дело сотрудники, всегда внимательно прислушиваются к мнению и пожеланию своих клиентов. Бывает, конечно, что некоторые могут и нагрубить, но не все. Если возникают какие – либо вопросы, специалисты всегда все толково разъясняют, никогда не встречал грубого отношения. Иногда возникают какие – то проблемы, но даже по телефону сотрудники банка дают четкие рекомендации, как надо поступить в той или иной ситуации. Отношение всегда корректное. За время моего сотрудничества с этим банком, несколько раз пользовался потребительскими кредитами, главное во – время платить, и тогда не возникает никаких проблем. А если я беру кредит, составляется договор, в котором четко прописываются мои обязательства, а банк выполняет свои, и все довольны. О грабительских процентах могут говорить лишь безответственные люди, которые не выполняют взятые на себя обязательства по своевременным взносам платежа. Я всегда рассчитываю свои финансовые возможности, с банком у меня уже сложились хорошие отношения, думаю, что еще долго буду их клиентом. Спасибо всем терпеливым и внимательным сотрудникам за их работу, особенно Александру из коллцентра.
