ДУ или ДД всем!Приамбула такова:Заказывали строительство дома http://rus-dom.su/ProjectsOfBrickHouses_id127/ под ключ с отоплением и всем-всем. Отделку внутреннюю тоже прописывали в договоре.А теперь суть:Строительство дома — всё хорошо, дом хороший и в плане проект и строительство, и материалы вовремя и качество работ! Тут 5+. А вот с коммуникациями — косяки, то трубу не учли то другое. В итоге опять долбёжка плиты на 2-м этаже, пыль, грязь. Вопрос — куда смотрел проектировщик? Хотя ещё на этапе заключения договора мы всё проговаривали и много раз переделывали.Второе, это отделка. За нами постоянно бегал прораб, то мы за ним. С вопросами друг к другу, а где что будет, а какие материалы, а здесь что опять забыли и не учли, и тд и тп…По итогу скажу так:Компания русский дом (http://rus-dom.su — чтобы в нужных попасть;))) молодцы, хорошо поработали, но есть и ложка дёгтя. Лучше с ними заключайте поэтапно несколько договоров и всё-всё прописывайте подробно…Отзыв пишу на 3-ку потому что скидку так и не дали по итогам строительства… – показать
