Заказ 2916320. "Русский букет"" - Доставили букет не соответствующий предложенному на сайте, с увядшими розами, не похожими на пионовидные. Настроение испорчено. Стыдно перед дочерью - именинницей за такой позорный букет. Претензии игнорируют, обратной связи нет. Не советую связываться с этой компанией, поберегите нервы и деньги!

Светлана, добрый день! Благодарим вас за номер заказа. Как мы видим, наша служба поддержки связывалась с вами, чтобы объяснить важные детали заказа: в букете действительно стоят пионовидные розы — более светлые, чем на фото в каталоге. У них мягкий бутон и нежные волнистые листья, что может визуально создать впечатление «усталости». В доставленном букете ягодки розового гиперикума были заменены на альстромерию, а зелёный грин белл — на эвкалипт. Скажите, оператор согласовал с вами эти замены?

Замену состава букета со мной НЕ СОГЛАСОВЫВАЛИ! От поддержки звонков с объяснениями НЕ БЫЛО! Доставили ДЕШЕВЫЙ, НЕ СВЕЖИЙ, МЯТЫЙ букет, ДРУГОЙ ПО СОСТАВУ!!! Претензию по качеству я отправляла в день доставки! ВЕРНИТЕ ДЕНЬГИ!!!

Отвратительная компания! Не дозвонишься, ответа не дают, сроки доставки с какой-то радости сами определяют, а как напишешь, так сразу совершенно по-хамски отвечают! Я не знаю, кто пишет о них хорошие отзывы, но это просто свинство!!!

Во время оформления заказа на фиксированные праздники система автоматически предупреждает вас, что доставка производится в течение дня и к точному времени не производится.
