Заказ 2916320. "Русский букет"" - Доставили букет не соответствующий предложенному на сайте, с увядшими розами, не похожими на пионовидные. Настроение испорчено. Стыдно перед дочерью - именинницей за такой позорный букет. Претензии игнорируют, обратной связи нет. Не советую связываться с этой компанией, поберегите нервы и деньги!

Светлана, добрый день! Благодарим вас за номер заказа. Как мы видим, наша служба поддержки связывалась с вами, чтобы объяснить важные детали заказа: в букете действительно стоят пионовидные розы — более светлые, чем на фото в каталоге. У них мягкий бутон и нежные волнистые листья, что может визуально создать впечатление «усталости». В доставленном букете ягодки розового гиперикума были заменены на альстромерию, а зелёный грин белл — на эвкалипт. Скажите, оператор согласовал с вами эти замены?

НЕ СВЯЗЫВАЙТЕСЬ С НИМИ! Сначала вы выполните свои обязательства - закажете цветы и оплатите их и доставку. Потом вы укажете время, в которое необходимо доставить букет, но это будет зря: курьер в назначенный срок не приедет. Приедет он позже, когда эти цветы уже никому на фиг нужны не будут. К тому же он забудет отдать открытку, положенную к букету, а когда ему не откроют, начнет угрожать и пугать полицией. Так что заказывайте цветы в других местах - возможно, там будет адекватный сервис. Да, и по поводу т.н. "комментариев" от этого букета к отзывам. Чем возвращать людям деньги за неоказанные услуги и некачественный товар, проще, конечно, утереться и извиниться. Только не выйдет, любезные! Роспотребнадзор, а также еще кое-кто вас в этом разубедят.
