Отдыхали здесь дважды и каждый раз на новогодние каникулы. Благодарны персоналу, за приятную атмосферу радушия. Забыли при выезде местные сувениры, обратились по приезду домой в администрацию отеля, Сергей администратор любезно помог вернуть наши покупки. Курьерская доставка для нас оказалась совершенно бесплатной. Спасибо, за высокий сервис!
