25.03.2020 обратилась в данный офис для подачи заявки. Пришёл отказ, но через неделю меня проинформировали сотрудникам контакт-центра (КЦ) о том, что заявка не ушла на рассмотрение и необходимо повторно обратиться в офис. Я повторно обратилась и подписала необходимые документы. Спустя около 1,5 недель мне снова звонят сотрудники КЦ и сообщают о том, что нужно пере подписать заявку. Я покорно иду и снова переподписываю. 06.04 меня еще раз приглашает сотрудник КЦ на переподписания документов 🤦‍♀️ заверяя о том, что это точно последний раз. 07.04 я приехала и переподписала получив договор на руки и комментарий от сотрудника офиса: ожидайте поступления средств. А 08.04 мне звонит КЦ и спрашивает, заявка для меня еще актуальна ????? И если да - приезжайте переподписывайте документы! ЕСТЕСТВЕННО! Адекватной реакции на этот беспредел быть у нормального человека НЕ МОЖЕТ! Спустя какое-то время 08.04 звонит КЦ и сообщает, что я некорректно выразилась и сотрудник КЦ отклонила мою заявку! 1. Ваши сотрудники некомпетенты 2. И КРАЙНЕ ВАЖНОЕ! В период всеобщего карантина вы в 5 раз приглашаете своего потенциального клиента на переподаисание документов и нет гарантии, что этот раз будет последним 3. Обращаю внимание, что я подавала заявку на зачисление ден средств на мою карту, с целью МИНИМИЗИРОВАТЬ ПОХОДЫ В ОФИС! По качеству обслуживания/сервиса минус 100!
