Заехал поиграть в этот клуб администратор и официант усомнились в моей платежеспособности и попросили деньги за игру сразу. Когда я ему ответил что я не знаю сколько я буду играть по времени и попросил оплатить по факту Они сказали что это невозможно Хотя до этого я делал так неоднократно на вопрос что будет если я заплачу за 3 часа и не доиграю это время вернут ли мне деньги был получен отрицательный ответ сказали что денег мне никто не вернёт И что это мои проблемы после этих слов было принято решение покинуть данную в бильярдную. Очень жаль что администратор и люди которые там работают вместо того чтобы запоминать клиентов пылесосить столы и заниматься своими прямыми обязанностями просто играют в сутки напролёт в телефон наверное этот клуб для себя закрою, во всяком случае в выходные дни.

Алексей, очень сожалеем, что Вам не понравился уровень обслуживания. У клуба сменилось руководство, мы снова открыты. Будем рады видеть Вас снова :)
