Заказывала и пиццу и суши, доставка вовремя, но суши большие и не аккуратные, хотя вкусные. А пицца с 4 вкусами мне вообще не понравилась, само даже тесто невкусное

Здравствуйте. Уважаемая администрация обратите пожалуйста своё внимание на этот отзыв! Раньше мы всегда заказывали пиццу «плясовую» уже целых 2 года, цена конечна хоть и завышена, но было понятно за что, ты платишь. В данном случае : за тонкое тесто, за очень много вкусной начинки, за вкусный соус похожий на барбекю на самой пицце. Весило это всегда как и заявляли 1350 грамм, даже иногда было побольше. Но меньше никогда не было, мы взвешиваем дома. Но в последние два раза пицца оставляет желать лучшего. И последний раз был вчера! Во-первых, тесто было очень толстое, во-вторых , начинка была просто намазана было больше сыра , чем мяса. В-третьих, соус который был поверх пиццы стал отвратительным похожий на просто шашлычный кетчуп, раньше был что то вроде барбекю ! Вообщем мы решили взвесить пиццу, потому что даже визуально было видно что есть большой недобор в начинке и пицца оказалась по граммам не 1350, а 1080!!!! Правда, по начинке это ужас как-будто не хватало ее. Если ее не хватает, не нужно тогда осуществлять заказ ! Тем более с таким недобором ! За такую граммовку можно в Омске поесть пиццы и за 400 рублей ! НО НИКАК НЕ ЗА 830! Если вы изменили рецепт, значит нужно об этом оповещать, и менять на сайте граммовку, так же как и ценник. Сейчас я не поняла за что я отдала за пиццу 830 рублей ! Я очень надеюсь что администрация это все исправит и даст мне какой-нибудь комментарий! В противном случае Вы потеряете очень много клиентов, так как мы очень много заказывали, как для себя , так и для друзей, которые в последствие заказывали пиццу у Вас сами! Я просто требую, о возврате денежных средств !!Потому что недобор в весе это большое нарушение !
