Отправлял электронику (упакована в заводскую коробку с пенопластовыми распорками внутри). Коробка дополнительно была помещена в мешок и перетянута скотчем транспортной компании. При получении посылки видимых повреждений не обнаружено. После убытия курьера и вскрытия содержимого обнаружено механическое повреждение коробки. Воздействие на нее было такой силы, что деформировало металлический корпус аппаратуры. Звонок менеджеру желаемого результата не принес (неохотно формально извинилась, заявив, что-то типа за целостность вложения ответственности не несем). Письмо на сайт пока без ответа. Берегите нервы и обходите их стороной (во всяком случае Питерский офис)!

Видно же, что коробка старая, скотчем домашним не раз леченная и винты сорваны на задней крышке. Зачем наговаривать на почту, тем более пенопласт не даст деформировать аппаратуру. Вы просто врете бессовестно. )))))
