Дорогие коллеги-маркетологи! Если вам требуется порядок с закрывающими документами, не обращайтесь за продвижением в эту компанию. Мы обратились к ним для теста в марте прошлого года, попробовали один месяц с бюджетом 100 тысяч, нам не понравилось (не было ожидаемой результативности). Нам выставили неверные акты выполненных работ, мы написали официальное письмо о неприятии акта, но в ответ была лишь тишина. Уже больше, чем полгода, пытаемся добиться закрытия документов с ними. Менеджеры там меняются, дозвониться невозможно (попадаешь на секретаря, которые обещает передать информацию), на электронные письма не отвечают, на официальные письма не отвечают. Вопрос то стоит в двух тысячах, по которым, с их слов, компания не будет иметь претензий. Стыдно, инновационная компания из Сколково!
