Купили в данной компании фрезерный станок, тогда он назывался еще CNC Schwedt. С тех пор пользуем станок каждый день по 12 часов уже в течение 4 лет, за время пользования особых проблем не возникало, 2 раза меняли шпиндель, двигатель оси меняли 1 раз, а так же заменили перетёртые провода. Из плюсов могу подчеркнуть качество сборки, внешний вид, приятная цена на тот момент, характеристики станка (скорость, точность) на высшем уровне. К минусам можно отнести тех поддержку, когда возникают вопросы, либо нужен срочный ремонт из-за простоя станка, приходится настойчиво напоминать о себе. По итогу можно сказать, что этот аппарат на голову выше аналогов, поэтому не жалею, что купил именно этот чпу фрезер!

Приобретал хоббийный фрезер с ЧПУ для деревообработки еще в 2016 году, станок работает по сей день, фрезерует 3д картины. Огромное спасибо Дмитрию и его команде за поддержку в моем непростом хобби.

Купили 4 года назад два станка у Компании Русроб. За 1,2 млн и 1,8 млн рублей. Станки сделаны были с большим опозданием и незакончены. Доводили до ума уже сами. На станки не было предоставлено никакой документации. Без мануала разобраться в этих творениях Русроба было непросто. Глава компании Дмитрий На неудобные вопросы не отвечает, номера телефонов блокирует - так решается вопрос с гарантийным и постгарантийным ремонтом. Дмитрий! Ответьте, пожалуйста, на наши вопросы!

Добрый день. Для поддержки нам необходимо разобраться. Подскажите пожалуйста: 1) Из какой Вы компании (есть ли номера договоров от от какаго числа) 2) Почему Вы написали, что покупали станки 4 года назад. А отзыв пишите сейчас? ( Поясним. Гарантия на станки от нашей компании 12 месяцев.) 3) Почему при приемке станков Вы "не получая" документацию не обратились нашу компанию?
