В начале августa 2018 заказали мастеров на установку 4х межкомнатных дверей в компании РусМастерДом. Приехала к нам бригада Руслана. Установили все двери, при первом взгляде всё было нормально. Однако через 2 недели две двери начали скрипеть и сами закрываться (не фиксируются). Позвонил самому Руслану, чтобы исправить недочеты - он сказал, что приедет, но через 10 дней, мол, сейчас идет установка дверей в школах перед 1 сентебря. Ок, позвонил через 10 дней, но Руслан снова никак не мог, попросил ещё пару дней. Через пару дней на мой звонок он согласился приехать на следующий день. На следующий он, конечно, не приехал и трубку не взял. После этого на мою попытку позвонить либо не брал трубку либо сбрасывал. Я резонно решил обратиться в компанию РусМастерДом, откуда данный персонаж и приезжал к нам. Меня там выслушали, сказали что обязательно свяжутся с Русланом и он нам всё сделает. Далее я безтолку звонил в эту компанию ещё 2 недели, они кормили меня завтраками, что Руслан со мной свяжется, в итоге я сам позвонил ему ещё раз и он сообщил клятвенно, что послезавтра у него выходной и он приедет. В день приезда я набрал ему с утра, чтобы узнать когда его ждать - он сообщил мне что приедет после 6 вечера. Как вы догадываетесь после 6 вечера никто не приехал, а мастер просто сбрасывал если ему набрать. По итогу: уже больше месяца сотрудники компании РусМастерДом не могут доехать исправить недочеты, поэтому знайте - если вы обратитесь в данную компанию, то вам поставят двери КОЕ-КАК и далее когда заплатите этой компании вы ей будете не нужны и их косяки они исправлять не будут. КРАЙНЕ не рекомендую к ним обращаться.
