Достоинства: Привезли то, что заказывал Недостатки: Доставка была в БЦ на физ лицо. Водитель не мог найти подъезд, выходил на улицу, бегал его искал. Привозя мелкогабаритный товар, курьер не озадачивался получением пропуска, зная,что едет в бизнес центр.

Добрый день! Если нужно получить пропуск, подвезти заказ к определенному подъезду и т.д., то указав эту информацию в комментариях к заказу, можно сильно сократить пробег курьера и время доставки заказа :)

Достоинства: Наличие товара Недостатки: При заказе товара система сообщила, что есть более дешевый вариант доставки - доставка будет стоить 100 рублей, но нужно 6 дней подождать. Я согласился и в этот же день оплатил заказ. Через 2 дня менеджер Наталья в хамоватой отказалась доставлять товар, указав, что у них нет таких цен. Нужно отдать должное, что на следующий день после заказа менеджер несколько раз пытался дозвониться, но я был занят и не мог общаться. Руководитель Наталья, общается совершенно корректно, но также не захотела исполнять обязательства магазина. Чудесно понимаю, что цена вопроса 200-300 рублей не стоит траты времени, но здесь важен принцип, да и к тому же хамить клиентам никто не давал право. Ну и напоследок, в яндекс.маркете они умудрились написать, что это я попросил их отменить заказ.

Вы мягко говоря лукавите. В заказе четко был указан адрес доставки и время доставки. Ни о каком пункте самовывоза речи не шло.
