Достоинства: купил пасту Пальмира, вскрыл посылку, из 10 пачек 2 открыты и паста по всей коробке Недостатки: плохо упаковали, контейнеры с пастой просто поставили друг на друга Комментарий: остальное все нормально

Добрый день Ваш заказ был передан в транспортную компанию СДЭК( доставка до пункта выдачи) При получении заказа вы всегда можете осмотреть товар, проверить на брак и повреждения Если были повреждения - в СДЭК составляется акт и мы компенсируем вам стоимость товара возвратом средств на вашу карту Направьте фотографии повреждений на нашу почту info@ruskan.su и мы разберемся в сложившейся ситуации

Достоинства: Привезли быстро, всё заказанное соответствовало описанию товара. Недостатки: Заказывал пять восьмидесятилитровых пластиковых баков с крышками. Все баки доставили с разного рода повреждениями, хоть те и были упакованы в противоударную обёртку (плёнка с пузырьками). Где ручка отколота, где трещина в корпусе, а один с отломанными ручками приехал. Осколков отколотых ручек в упаковке не обнаружил, так что это склад такое сотворил. Комментарий: Морочиться с возвратом не стал, но жалею, что сразу не проверил товар. Так что не беспокойтесь о спешащих курьерах - проверяйте товар в любом случае!
