Полное безразличие к клиентам,автокредит закрыли полностью 30октября,но в оплату включили ещё и ноябрь,для того,чтобы получить справку о закрытии кредита надо заплатить ещё 100руб,это какой-то нонсенс,больше никогда в этот банк,и всем не советую

Самый странный банк. Находится на 7 этаже. Занимает одно офисное помещение. Была в первый раз, не могла найти без посторонней помощи. Второй раз появился "навигатор" - напротив лифта на замызганной бумажке формата А4 надпись, сделанная на офисном принтере, "русфинанс" со стрелочкой. Улыбнуло. Банк - это звучит громко. У них даже горячий бесплантной линии 8-800 нет. Поэтому любой звонок - это оплата по тарифам межгород либо на городской номер. Пока слушаешь все их "Вы позвонили в "Русфинанс" и прочие бла-бла-бла, слезно считаешь стоимость этого "бесплатного" звонка. Сам офис меня тоже удивил. Хотела досрочно погасить кредит. Платить за перевод пару тысяч ну вообще не хотелось. На горячей линии заверили, что оплатить можно на Павловского. Приехала из другого города. "Держите, - говорю, - деньги". Ответ банковского работника меня убил: "А у нас, - говорит, - кассы нет. Через "Сбер" переводите". Это даже не сервис на уровне совка, это вообще какая-то странная структура, которая решила, что она банк. Неужели самим не стремно от того, что не могут позволить себе единый номер и нормальные вывески? Ах да.И режим работы у них с 9 до 18.00 с выходными в выходные и с перерывом на обед - точно как в советской сберкассе (у тех, правда, хоть вывеска была).
