Самый ужасный банк, никому не советую пользоваться их услугами!!! Причины: 1. Отсутствие бесплатной связи с банком по телефону. Звонишь на горячую линию и ждешь по 20минут, а деньги за звонок уже карают, потом оператор еще минут 15 уточняет информацию, специально тянут время и ваши средства. 2. Отсутствие терминалов банка, теперь оплачивать нужно через Росбанк (который находится на другом краю города), причем это очень неудобно, сначала вам нужно ввести номер счета (а он очень длинный), ввести номер телефона, потом код подтверждения, потом еще кучу подтверждений и максимально за одну операцию можно закинуть 15000т.р. (представьте как я закидывал 100т.р. на счет) 3. Сотрудники банка специально говорят не ту сумму для досрочного гашения (в моём случаи сказали одну сумму, в итоге после списания месячного платежа, когда начал разбираться оказалось что нужно было пополнить на большею сумму, в итоге им подарил еще денежек. Более в этом банке я брать кредиты не стану!!!

Самый ПЛОХОЙ (другие слова банят) банк!! Не берите здесь кредиты! Навяжут кучу услуг, обманут, надурят!! А самое смешное, что чтобы оплачивать через ИХ же собственное приложение, берется комиссия! Комиссия, Карл! С 5000 рублей взноса комиссия 80 рублей каждый месяц
