отвратительный банк. график неудобный, платить кредит невозможно. по телефону ничего не подсказывают. горячей линии нет, только московский телефон городской. чтоб узнать про отключение смс, пришлось звонит в москву, там сказали , что только через заявление отключают эту услугу. работают они с 9 до 18.00 . соответственно пришлось отпрашиваться с работы, чтоб принести это заявление.

Впервые взяли кредит в этом банке, когда в магазине нам оформляла девушка кредит - она не объяснила где и как оплачивать. По этой причине пришлось топать в филиал банка и оплачивать там. В голове сразу страшные картинки: длинной и потной очереди, недовольных и грубых консультантов. Но... Нет! На дворе 21 век, и рабочая атмосфера банка этому соответствует! уютный салон, хорошее расположение отделения (в центре города), очередей нет, вежливые(!!!) консультанты. У меня было много вопросов: где и как удобнее оплачивать (предпочтительнее сидя дома), как происходит перерасчет, сколько времени нужно на обработку платежа и т. п. Девушка, которая меня консультировала рассказала все кратко и понятно, оставила необходимые пометки на договоре для удобного пополнения, рассказала способы оплаты. Выходя из банка я была довольна обслуживанием, никаких нервов - все быстро и четко.
