Да, такая ситуация имеется. Присылают предложение, а потом отказывают. Тратиться личное время. А вот по потребительским кредитам работать с этим банком удобнее, чаще всего одобряют рассрочку в отличии от других банков.

Кошмар. Являлась клиентом этого банка, закрыла кредит досрочно. Позвонили, сказали одобрено предложение по кредиту с низким процентом. Отпросилась с работы, т. к кредиты оформляются до 17-00, приехала. Заполнили заявку, в итоге отказ. Заняли моё личное, рабочее время. В этот банк больше не ногой.
