Я долго искал производителя, который сам делает бленд и обжаривает зерно. Нашел эту компанию. Долго вели переговоры по покупке обжаренного зерна. Мне нахваливали, что если я приобрету напрямую у них, то и бленд будет "по спец заказу 80/20 арабика/робуста" и обжарка будет суперская, а не как у других "в масло". Я поддался на столь привлекательные условия, тем более цена приятно удивила. Заказал и купил 17 апреля 2018 г. у них на пробу 8 килограмм кофе в зёрнах. Как же я ошибся! Как я глубоко разочаровался купленным кофе. Меня просто обманули! В составе смеси преобладает робуста и ещё какой то мусор. Хотя мне обещали что будет 80/20. Кофе старой обжарки - при вскрытии пакета - только запах жжённой резины, зерно практически не пахнет кофе?! Произведённый на кофемашине напиток только по виду напоминает кофе. Маленькая пенка. Напиток горчит и имеет послевкусие плесени. Вы можете возражать - но мне есть с чем сравнивать. Я потребовал замены приобретённого кофе на нормальный продукт достойного качества. Но увы -"контора" оказалась простым перекупом и фасовщиком просроченного обжаренного кем то сырья далеко не лучшего качества... Очередное разочарование в Российской действительности - обман и мошенничество.....

На Вашу просьбу заменить кофе Вы не вернули товар, создается впечатление, что Вы ходите по организациям с целью писать плохие отзывы и получать товар бесплатно, наша организация работает с 1995 года , цех, обжарочная печь, фасовочное оборудование, склад зеленого кофе и офис находятся в одном здании, Вам было отпущено две коробки кофе с самой свежей датой выпуска под Ваш заказ, как Вы и хотели.
