В результате рассмотрения гражданского дела №2-649/2018 была назначена строительно-техническая экспертиза по нарушениям строительных норм и правил. В ходе проведения экспертизы эксперт ООО "НПП"РУМБ" Ермохина Н.В. уединялась с ответчиком якобы для замера помещений на время около 30 минут, таким образом, она имела возможность договориться и получить взятку. После всех замеров эксперт Ермохина Н.В. предоставила в суд ложную информацию, она написала в экспертном заключении, что площадь амбара 70 кв.м., хотя невооруженным взглядом видно, что это дом площадью около 150 кв.м. Мои расчеты подтвердились после того, как ответчик под угрозой нового суда зарегистрировал площадь амбара 151,3 кв.м. В эспертизе есть расписка Ермохиной Н.В., в которой она расписывается в ответственности за дачу заведомо ложного заключения по ст. 307 УК РФ. Также, я два раза запрашивал результаты замеров у ООО НПП РУМБ, они отказались предоставить их. Ну и понятно почему, они же за это деньги получили. Вывод: если вам проводит экспертизу ООО "НПП"РУМБ", вы должны понимать, что это взяточники и циркачи. Они сделают вид, что проводят экспертизу, а сами будут искать кто больше даст. Видимо эксперту Ермохиной Н.В. не дает покоя популярность эксперта по делу "пьяного мальчика". Хочет в след за ним на нары...
