В целом была неплохая доставка. Но после того как поменяли минимальную стоимость заказа и в целом обновили сайт, стало хуже. Сравните сами: *Картинки на сайте выглядят сейчас так, будто их ужали в каком то онлайн редакторе *Для тех кто заказывал ранее, удален ЛК(личный кабинет) и всю информацию о доставке(место/время/данные карты) нужно вносить заново *Минимальная сумма заказа, была 900 рублей. сейчас 1600. Я конечно извиняюсь, но такси если заказывать то выйдет рублей 300, на чем вы стали сейчас доставлять я не знаю. *Поменяли повара на пиццы, стала реально хуже, возможно поменяли рецептуру

Сергей здравствуйте! Благодарим за Ваше обращение. Ответим на каждый пункт: 1. Попробуйте удалить куки и кэш. У нас картинки отображаются нормально ;) 2. Мы перешли на совершенно новый сайт. Действительно, всю информацию приходится вводить заново, т.к. вся информация зашифрована, и даже мы не видим её, а значит и не можем перенести. 3. Минимальная сумма заказа действительно увеличилась, но только для отдалённых районов. Вы же понимаете, что стоимость такси здесь не имеет значения, ведь мы работаем только с нашими курьерами и ценообразование строится из множества факторов. По городу мы доставляем так же от 400р. 4. Сергей, повара не меняли, технологии производства тоже. Очень просим, если Вам не понравилась пицца - дайте нам шанс - сразу позвоните. Мы постараемся максимально быстро решить возникшую проблему. Надеемся, что это не последний наш разговор, ждём Ваших заказов и отзывов снова!
