Заказывала впервые здесь букет, на юбилей свекрови. Ей всё понравилось)) но интервалы доставки очень неудобные, большой разброс.

Ужасный!!! Доставка опаздывает, цветы стоят 2 дня, сотрудники с интеллектом приматов( по крайней мере один)!

Пишу отзыв по горячим следам! Возмущена очень!7 апреля, на моё 55-летие, родные мне люди, муж, сын и дочь, сделали мне сюрприз, заказав букет «Хризантемы с кустовыми розами». По-весеннему красиво и очень нежно! Но оказалось, это первое впечатление. 8 марта букет принял плачевное состояние. Розовые соцветья опустили свои «головы», а они являлись доминантой в букете. Попыталась реанимировать розы в холодной воде, наполнив ванну. Эффекта никакого! Только после того, как вода была спущена, на бело снежных стенках остался серый налёт. Впервые увидела такое и ужаснулась! Хотелось бы спросить, где хранились эти цветы?! И про какой коронавирус мы говорим, если с букетом в дом попадает грязь!!! Если эта служба, в столь непростой период, захотела избавиться от залежалого товара, то почему страдаем мы и тратим на это свои сбережения?! Впечатление испорчено, праздник нет!P.S. Пакетики с подкормкой, прилагаемые к букету, профанация! Ни что не спасёт товар, если он негоден! – показать

Чтобы не быть голословной, загружаю фото. Первые три от 9 апреля! Только писала отзыв на работе, а сфотографировала после. Т.е. это состояние цветов по прошествии 2-х суток!!! Последнее фото 10 апреля утро перед работой! Делайте выводы, господа, заказывать ли доставку цветов в этой компании!!!

Часто заказываю бизнес-букеты с доставкой, строгие и лаконичные, ничего лишнего. Сервис работает на отлично, всегда свежие цветы, флористы помогают сделать выбор. Доставка осуществляется без опозданий. Спасибо, буду пользоваться еще!
