Заказ №1654382. Заказывал багет для большого зеркала 150*100 см. Цена была значительно ниже, чем у конкурентов, поэтому решил заказать здесь. Зеркало заказывал на другой фабрике и привез в РуКафе самостоятельно. К сожалению, то ли при монтаже багета, то ли при транспортировке (забирал зеркало с багетом самовывозом) зеркало треснуло. Причем обнаружить это я смог только дома, когда распаковал его (при приемке упаковку снимать не стал, что было моей ошибкой). Но не смотря на неочевидность ситуации (кто виноват не понятно), представитель фирмы Алексей не стал вступать в какие-либо споры, а сразу согласился за свой счет перезаказать зеркало, привезти его с фабрики и повторно сделать багет! Такого клиенто-ориентированного подхода я не видел даже в «загнивающих» западных компаниях. Молодцы! И не смотря на потраченное моё время и нервы, говорю спасибо!

Возникла проблема, непонимание, со стороны заказа и путаница с выполнением заказа, оперативно реагируют на просьбы, надеюсь уточнят все моменты, как и обещали.
