Заказывала двигатель на BMW X3, отправила полную оплату. Сказали до Питера доставка 2 дня, код груза так никто и не скинул. Зашла почитать оотзывы и ужаснулась, но слава Богу мотор пришел, правда доставка заняла 4 дня. Проехала пока 3000км, ничего не беспокоит,мастера сказали мотор хороший, посмотрим, что будет дальше..

Четыре месяца продержали машину и так и не притронолись. "Кормили завтраками" и объясняли это тем,что есть более срочные другие машины. Машину забирали с того же места, и в том же состоянии в котором привезли. В пустую потраченые деньги (эвакуатор), разрушенные планы, и полное разочерование. И плевать они хотели на ваши права ,так как "Миром правит беззаконие". Не рекомендую !!!

Обходите стороной! Заказал запчасть, сказали что есть в наличии, даже фото прислали, после сказали что надо перевести деньги на карту и ждать доставку на следующий день. Перевёл деньги, благо не дорогая деталь, прождал-сказали что нет ее, говорю, хорошо верните деньги. И как писали выше, включилась «динамо».

Такая же ситуация. С 29 марта ни запчасти ни денег. Приглашают приехать только, но а по факту никого не окажется на месте

Так же попала в подобную ситуацию. Через пол года удалось вернуть деньги.

Ужасный сервис. Заказал двигатель, привезли не тот, пытаюсь вернуть и забрать деньги — динамят, до директора или ответственного лица не дозвониться. Предлагают оставить купленный агрегат у них, типа посмотрят, все ли в порядке с ним и через 2 недели дадут ответ. Почитав отзывы, понял, что тогда я его уже не верну. В общем обычный криминал, обходите стороной.
