НИКОГДА туда не обращайтесь и повозможности напишите письмо производителям вашей техники в Москву, чтобы не заключали договора сервисного и гарантийного ремонта с этой шарашкой. За 8 календарных дней не могут сделать диагностику, не ремонт, а диагностику. Три дня звонил спрашивал когда?? До сих пор не отдали мой товар, при том что когда сдавал говорили 2-3 дня всего.

Уважаемый Сергей Сергеевич! Вы обратились к нам 03/02/20 с аппаратом без гарантийного талона с просьбой произвести проверку качества за счет производителя. К сожалению работа производимая за счет производителя производиться на условиях производителя. Так же в Вашем аппарате проблема не гарантийная. Требуется очистка от грязи. С Вами была согласовано и выполнено платное обслуживание. Вы оплатили работы и забрали аппарат отказавшись дожидаться официального отказа в гарантии. Если Вам необходим официальный отказ в гарантии по причине загрязнения, то можете его забрать. Спасибо за обращение.

Обратился с неисправностью принтера, оплатил за диагностику, прошел месяц ожидания, неисправность не устранили, какая конкретная деталь неисправна пояснить не смогли, в итоге обратился к специалистам на автодоре, через час аппарат заработал, причем никакую деталь менять не пришлось. Выводы: в этом сервисе мне не помогли, диагностика себя не оправдала, судя по отсутствию реакции сервисного центра на отзывы им безразлично, что о них говорят
