Неоднократно пользовался этим сервисом по починке принтера, все устраивало, но этим летом попросил прочистить печатающую головку, сказали что сделают это за пару дней и это растянулось на две недели, подождал, сделали забрал, по приезду на роботу принтер даже не включился, на следующий день отвёз обратно и тут началось самое интересное, ждал два месяца, то инженер в отпуске то починить не можем, в итоге эта «кампания» у*****а мне принтер, разговаривал с директором,для решения проблемы ничего не предпринимал, нарушают права потребителя, а именно 29 статью, возмещать ущерб отказались. Подал в заявлении суд за нарушения прав потребителя, посмотрим что получиться.

Не помним такого обращения. В суд похоже все же не подали, потому как повестку в суд мы не получали. Последнее обращение от Дмитрия Жукова было в 2013 году по ремонту ноутбука. Принтер ремонтировали Вам в 2005 году. В 2019 Вы решили в суд подать?
