Ознакомившись с документами на создание этой компании, у вас сложится впечатление, что это новая компания, не просуществовавшая на рынке и года. Это будет правильно юридически, но не фактически. За новым названием скрывается не кто иной, как ликвидировавшееся в ноябре 2011 года путем присоединения к некой казанской фирме Общество с ограниченной ответственностью «РС-МЕДИА» , просуществовавшее на рынке рекламных услуг 4 года. Название немного новое, но сотрудники, сайт, почтовый адрес- все старое. Прежними, по всей видимости, остались и методы работы с клиентами… Ликвидировать общество было гораздо проще, чем отвечать за свою работу перед возмущенными Заказчиками. Наш неудачный опыт работы с этим исполнителем: потраченные денежные средства в немалом размере за печать и размещение рекламных постеров (в течение одного года) и результат работы- несколько дней существования рекламных конструкций, запрет на их размещение со стороны Администрации города, затем многочисленные обещания возвратить постеры на место и нулевой результат данных обещаний. Общество брало на себя обязательства размещать рекламные материалы, не имея при этом необходимых разрешений! Решением Арбитражного суда города Москвы от 09.07.2012г. по делу №А40-40397/12 137-367 факт недобросовестности указанного Общества был подтвержден, и с казанского правопреемника ООО «РС-МЕДИА» присуждено взыскать все потраченные нами денежные средства. Однако вот получить с сомнительного правопреемника денежные средства нам скорее всего не удастся. Избегайте работы с данным Обществом, если хотите уберечь себя от неприятных последствий.
