Приехали, специально за 120км, за автомобилем. По телефону было всё рассказано, как в сказке, авто в наличии, цвет подберём, покупка одним днём. По итогу, менеджера Яны на месте не оказалось,(хотя, может это тоже вымышленный герой) авто в наличии нет. А потом началось наваливание, по другому, не назовёшь, автомобиля бизнес-класса. В итоге потеряли день. Очень жаль, что это не наказуемо. Это видимо современная политика автосалонов. Не советую сюда обращаться!!!

Наталья, здравствуйте, мы сожалеем о том, что не смогли подобрать нужный автомобиль для вас. Действительно, бывают ситуации, когда клиент не успевает доехать до дилерского центра, а автомобиль уже покупает другой человек. Во избежание таких ситуаций, рекомендуем вносить предоплату дистанционно.

Хочу оставить свой отзыв может кому-то данная информация будет интересна, выбирали автомобиль практически 2 месяца , были в разных автосалонах и условия у всех одни +- , самое главное какой будет менеджер с вами работать. Нам попадались разные менеджеры, но тут с нами начал работать Дмитрий Смирнов за что ему большое спасибо, заказали авто оставили предоплату, автомобиль пришёл раньше, оформили всё документы, получили подарки, которые Дмитрий смог согласовать. Да бывают не совсем выгодные условия, но нужно вести диалог с менеджером и всё,что в его силах он сделает и Вы и останитесь довольны. Мы остановили выбор на Киа к5 и остались довольны покупкой и сопровождением сделки.
