Понастроили что у меня в квартире солнца не видно. Нас обманули сказали что напротив нас будет парк и стадион а мы здесь как в попе. Тротуар мимо садика с уклоном два человека не могут идти рядом а зимой вообще тротуар кривой скольский. Хожу на проезжую часть мне пофик что машины сигналят. Разве можно в спальном районе столько транспорта как на кольцевой. Шум машин не возможно открыть окно.

Современный комплекс эконом класса, по проекту позиционировался как бизнес жилье. Новый дом, со своими косяками и недоделками. Управляет домой ПИК-Комфорт. С парковками проблемы, зато большая детская площадка во дворе. В целом, жить можно. Удобное расположение, есть магазины и платные мед центры. Но район испытывает острый дефицит социальных объектов: школы, дет. сады, дороги. С 2020 года продолжается массовая застройка района высотками, в проекте крупный пересадочный центр, что еще больше ухудшит экологию и нагрузку на инфраструктуру. Но у местных властей иные приоритеты, не всегда в пользу жителей.
