Картошка не соленая, Цезарь ролле нет соуса(майонез с водой), нет сыра . Про бургеры вообще молчу, такие могу сама дома сделать, ребенок вообще не доволен едой, все выплюнул и выкинул.

Здравствуйте, Святослав! Понимаем ваши эмоции, но дело в том, что согласно пункта 13 "правил поведения посетителей на территории предприятия общественного питания быстрого обслуживания" запрещается , занимать столы, диваны без оформленного заказа. Данное ограничение установлено для удобства и максимально эффективного обслуживания всех посетителей предприятия "Роял Бургер" . Так же, мы посмотрели данный инцидент по камерам и собрали информацию, от сотрудников ресторана и охранник действовал в рамках правил и не превышал свои полномочия. Приносим свои извинения за ненормативную лексику, если она действительно была.

Давно не была в кафе"Роял бургер" на 100 лет. Полное разочарование В зале аромат туалета. Еда просто жуткая. Нормальный только чай. Кипяток и пакетик сложно испортить. Очень грязно. Такое удобное место. Очень жалею, что зашла

Приехала пораньше в район Столетия, с расчётом перекусить. Время работы указанное с 9:00 не соответствует . В 09:20 все было закрыто. Была 08.01.25

Классический бургер с приправами типа хмели-сумели, если честно так себе идея. Картошка, повезло, с пылу жару. А вот кофе отвратительное горькое пойло.
