Добрый день! Сегодня будет осуществляться тех.приемка кровли в окончательном виде. Хотел бы всех поблагодарить, что несмотря на все нюансы все закончилось хорошо. Отдельно хотел бы отметить работу бригады кровельщиков под руководством Дмитрия . Пришлось работать в непростых осенне-зимних условиях в прошлом году им и консервировать кровлю, а в мае снова возобновлять работы. Все было сделано качественно и быстро. Еще раз большое спасибо ребятам. Часто был на стройке. Люди трудились с душой.

Компания строит для нас с женой дом, который красуется у нее на заставке сайта. Организация строительства - плохая. Работают очень медленно (интенсивно, когда приезжает прораб на 1-2 часа в день). График работ не соблюдается: компания должна была построить дом (не большой) за год (365 дней), за этот период доп. соглашениями было оформлено технических приостановок на 207 дней. Стандартная формулировка: "по инициативе Заказчика". По Договору у заказчика есть только одно основное право и обязанность - своевременная оплата (авансирование) работ. Оплаченной нами дорогой пользоваться не может - въезд в гараж нависает на дорогой на высоте 1,5 м. Ответ один - оплатите: сделаем. Цены завышены. Категорически не рекомендую данную компанию

Огромное спасибо Анне за помощь на всех этапах строительства. ВАш Михаил был на стройке каждый день и следил за выполнением всех работ. Заказанные материалы были доставлены вовремя, и поэтому завершили проект точно в срок. Дом получился точно на зависть соседям!)))
