3.09.2013 ухала в поезде 201(Москва-Евпатория) во втором вагоне.так вот у нас в вагоне напротив купе проводницы не было стекла,все в вагоне спали под одеялами.проводница бедная окоченела,рядом ехала женщина с ребенком в пору было шубу одевать.я сама бывший работник РЖД разговаривала с проводницей .она сказала давала заявку по поводу застекления окна,мер не приняли.Сервис ни какой , хуже чем в Советское время,почему с нас дерут такие деньги за билет?

ну если поезд дополнительный, чтобы направление разгрузить, то удивляться особо нечему, к сожалению..

23 поезд Москва-Адлер, вагон 15, плацкарт, проводник-Архмеладзе Арчибальд. Этому человеку торговать мандаринами на рынке. Билеты при входе не проверял, на месте его было застать сложно, сдачу не отдавал - предлагал на эти деньги попить еще кофе, "стрелял" сигареты.Постоянно находился в "курилке", бейджа на нем не было. В 22.00, когда половина вагона уже спала - вслед уже вошедшим в вагон кричал "А билеты???!!!!", свет в вагоне выключил в час ночи. В вагоне распивались спиртные напитки, играло громко радио. На одной из остановок зашла старушка без сопровождения, она не могла заполнить миграционку - проводник ей не помог. Также она легла спать на голый матрац и подушку без наволочки, хотя по правилам, если пассажир не может застелить постель сам, то это должен сделать проводник. В Харькове пассажиры вынуждены были сами открывать дверь поезда, т.к проводник тупо не вышел из своего купе. Оскорбительно относился к гражданам др. государств, подходил только к гражданам РФ. Весь вагон шептался: "Хачик-хачиком". Я бы порекомендовала РЖД более внимательно относится к подбору и найму персонала.
