отвратительное обслуживание. Девушка на кассе вела себя очень грубо, говоря о том, что у неё нет мелочи в кассе и предлагала мне идти на первый этаж, закидывать деньги на карту и только потом возвращаться. То, что в кассе нет денег, это точно не проблема покупателей, в чем была проблема самой пойти и разменять деньги. Заказ был на подносе и было указано что чек должен лежать там. В итоге заказ мне выдали в пакете без какого-либо века. Попросила девушку положить мне еду на поднос, так как это было указано в заказе, передо мной кинули поднос на стол и ушли. Заказывала пати бокс, небрежно кинули всего в коробку, без какой либо перегородки, положили очень мало, пожалели, больше здесь есть не буду

Осталось очень неприятное впечатление об этом филиале. Терминал завис и у нас не получилось оформить заказ на нём. Хотели сделать это на кассе - девушка нас упорно игнорировала. Минут 5 к нам вообще никто не подходил, а когда я попросила кого-нибудь позвать и обратилась к работнице, нас просто проигнорировали. Постояли ещё немного и ушли к конкурентам. Я всё понимаю, загруженность, но раз так нужно выводить больше людей. Неприятно
