Проведите беседу с персоналом, что Вашу еду покупают люди, а не свиньи. Сегодня 18.02.25 в 14:22:46 при оплате попросила,чтобы ни как в прошлый раз одних тощих сухариков положили вместо крылышек. То,что с собой приобрела ,это не значит,что нужно подсовывать корм для свиней(выкинула, есть не стали). Заказ отдали в эту же минуту (т.е. не жарили свежие), сухие косточки, как-будто остатки собрали со столов и погрели в микроволновке. Через минут 5 крылышки стали холодные и пахли тухлой курицей. В итоге настроение испорчено и выкинуто почти 800р. Это именно по этому адресу так готовят(больше ни ногой туда). Всегда покупаю в Серпухове, сочные, свежие, вкусные

Просто отвратительно. Зал очень маленький. Заказывал милкшейк и биг сандерс. Милкшейк подали жидким. Скорее всего, он долго стоял перед тем, как попасть ко мне в заказ. Сандерс имел лёгкий запах испорченного мяса и очень много солёного соуса. Просто отвратительно.

Заказ 345699 в пунш не добавляют сироп кассир Асанбай. Не первый раз с ней проблемы. В чизбургере непрожаренное мясо. Гадость, пришлось все выкинуть
