Вполне себе обычный KFC все так же вкусно, и время ожидание не большое, персоонал знает свое дело, в кафе чисто, цены приемлеиы

Маленький уютный филиал. Время ожидания заказа никогда не превышало 10мин. Но иногда приходится постоять в очереди к терминалу (1-2 человека). Еда - ну как в любом KFC - вкусная хрустящая курочка. У бургеров есть недостаток - рассыпаются булочки - делают значит из вторсырья - больше не берем. На доставку по Ильинке они не работают, хотя в приложении и можно выбрать данный филиал - при оформлении доставки пишут "Временно не доставляем по этому адресу" (хотя мы живем в 10мин. ходьбы от них). Еще один нехороший момент: сумма скидки по скидочному купону не соответствовала заявленной (на 40руб. дороже). Хотя никаких допов не закидывали. Мелочь конечно, однако неприятно

Отвратительное обслуживание! Выдают любой другой заказ, но не наш! Прождали больше 25-ти минут! Говорят что у них один повар, поэтому так долго, но почему меня это должно волновать? Значит больше сотрудников набирайте в свою команду ! Можно умереть пока дождёшься!
