Очень долгое обслуживание 30 мин, персонал набран по объявлению, разговаривают как быдло, ни какого уважения к клиенту. Лучше бы вообще не открывали, чем так позорить самую лучшую сеть фастфуда. Прошло полгода после открытия, работает один терминал для заказа, ну серьезно? Прошло три года, все так же. В приложении заказ готов - по факту нет. Езжайте в ЦУМ, не тратьте тут время.

Купила сегодня Баскет с оригинальными куриными ножками, Сочетание тающей курочки и хрустящей панировки-это просто бомбическая еда. За счёт бумажного ведёрка Баскет остался вполне горячим даже после 20 минутной доставки до дома. Точно буду пробовать ещё Баскет крылья. Спасибо персоналу. Рекомендую.

Ждали очень долго. Смотря за работой персонала можно сказать, что ребята не торопились. Когда заказ наконец-то был готов, не успела я подойти, заказ с таблички уже убрали. Это ещё ладно. Достаем мы еду, а у меня бургер холодный, как будто всё продукты только достали из холодильника, собрали и отдали, спасибо хоть курица тёплая. Картошку нам пережарили. Ещё чуть-чуть и были бы угольки, вместо неё. В общем и целом, в следующий раз, поедим в другом месте.

Это ужас... Заказы путают, гамбургеры не умеют укладывать, (все небрежно раскидано, именно раскидано, а не уложено), подают холодным. Вообще, хуже чем в самой дешёвой забегаловке. Напитки ужас, замените апельсиновую жижу хотя бы на черноголовку. Вообще не советую, лучше закройтесь чем так обслуживайте.

Сделал заказ с собой, дали на подносе. Попросил сложить, дали пакет и сказали укладывать самому. Напиток налили 0,25-0,3 а должно быть 0,4. Сегодняшняя смена просто ужасная, куда смотрит администратор? Больше не буду заказывать в данном заведение. Платишь деньги за выполнение их работы? Да уж🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️
