Обычно ничего никуда не пишу, но тут уже накипело… Директор, директор…. Он есть у вас вообще? Поскольку бардак полный, либо ему (ей) на все пофигу. Ходим только потому что рядом с домом. Самый убогий KFC в городе, постоянный срач, что в зале, что в туалетах, персонал убирает редко со столов. На кассе постоянно нет никого, зовешь - идут по пол часа и с такой миной в лице. Готовят медленно, простые заказы можно ждать по 30-40 минут. Это в принципе среднее время ожидания любого заказа. Работают как улитки, директор (управляющий) совсем не следит за персоналом, видимо в этой точке нет никаких стандартов или они не соблюдаются совсем. Это самая тормозная точка в городе…. Ужас. Все время на расслабоне. Заказываешь несколько позиций, один бургер уже холодный, другой горячий. Как собирают заказ непонятно, видимо один положат на поднос, другой через время, большое, второй…. Постоянно булки у бургеров сухие, заветренные, бывает даже уже с плесенью, черные участки на булках. За этими персонал не следит нифига!!!! Еще самая главная беда. В зале постоянно спят какие то маргиналы, бомжи ошиваются, сидит бомж, смрад такой стоит, есть неприятно, да что там есть, находится. Глаза слезятся от вонища. Вы все таки не вокзал, а место приема пищи…. Это ужас, постоянно в углах спят какие то алкаши. Одного вообще систематически вижу….. Туалеты убирают тоже плохо, естественно туда и бомжи заруливают, стоит такой же смрад….. Если кардинально ничего не поменяется, напишу в ваш головной офис, все развернуто, может быть хоть как то на вас воздействуют, потому что это уже бред полный….. Директора бы сразу уволил…..

Про качество приготовленной еды ничего плохого не скажу, а вот в зале настоящий свинарник, и воняет какой-то тухлятиной, персонал со столов ничего не убирает, просто мимо ходят...
