Люблю KFC, НО: почему масло во фритюре меняется так редко? Постоянно ем прогорклые стрипсы! Следите за качеством продукции, так и отравится недолго!

бывали здесь редко, но каждый раз уходим без настроения. последний раз , часов в 10 вечера сделали заказ на терминале(причем было всего два твистера и нагетсы). сидим ждём 5-10-15 минут… человек 5 в зале точно бегало на экране лишь пару заказов(включая наш). и слышим из зала: а почему вы жарите нагетсы, с выключенной плитой? в итоге: 20 минут ожидания за мизерный заказ и без очередей!!! а в ответ: извините за ожидание это уже не первый раз. больше сюда точно не заедем, даже если по пути в ТЦ при очередях и то шустрее заказы готовятся
