Впринципе все хорошо, вкусно, удобно. Но уважение, если вы открыли такой вариант как авто, то будьте любезны так и работать! Суть претензии в следующем: приезжаешь на машине, делаешь заказ и все очередь из машин, или вовсе просят припарковаться что бы подождать, окно для выдачи за все время работы походе вообще работало только один раз. Бываем там часто и приблизительно из 100 заказов, только раз 5 отдали в окне выдачи под номером два! Ув. Руководство вы наверно добавьте персонал, это же ресторан в первую очередь авто! По всей России ниразу с таким не сталкивался, много где был. Обычно подъехал - заказал- в окне номер один оплатил - в окне номер два забрал и поехал. У вас стоишь и ждешь...

Были в авто: Во-первых с каких пор, если на машине, то нужно ждать около получаса? Прождав 15-20 минут подошли и сказали, что можем бургеры забрать, а ведро ещё ждать минут 10 точно - это вообще как?в итоге бургеры размякшие, фри пропаренная и неужели ли нельзя всё сделать в одно время. Во-вторых, закупают по ходу самую-самую дешёвую курицу, так как из ножек торчали перья, отдали собаке. С жуткой диареей всей семьёй провели три прекрасных дня после этого kfc. Прежде, чем ехать к ним, 10 раз подумайте.
