Еда в Rostics полное г..но. Первый раз ем в этой дрянной забегаловке и последний. Понятно что от фастфуда многого не ждешь, но по опыту знаю что фастфуд может быть приличным. И уж листик салата можно было хоть для приличия добавить в ролл? Когда на картинках там зелень и помидор и всё красиво и аппетитно на деле куски курицы голой в тесте и майонез. И этот ролл я еще ждала 15 минут. Это абсолютное неуважение к клиенту. Искренне желаю вам как бизнесу исправиться или загнуться!

Заказала 2 ножки, изначально сказали ждать 6 минут, потом еще 15. Ладно бы я получила после столь долгого ожидания хорошо приготовленную курицу, но нет. Кляр как тряпка, курица не готовая, так еще и со шкуркой. Пошла возвращать, поменяли, подошла менеджер и начала доказывать, что курица у них не может быть не готовой, в итоге за их ошибку не получила возмещения. Остальные сотрудники кроме менеджера были добры и приветливы.
