Не знаю как вам, а по мне ожидание заказа по 40 минут это не нормально. Наберите персонал в конце концов, кухня совсем не справляется. В заказ постоянно что-то, якобы забудут положить. Ребята, забыть положить можно 1 из 10, но не каждому кто решил перепроверить на кассе. А ведь ещё 2 года назад работали как часики. Очень жаль, что хороший спрос так пагубно влияет на общепит. С каждым разом убеждаюсь что это самое мерзкое место из всей сети. Время проходит, а принципы работы те же. Мало того что сотрудники не обременены ни умом ни тактом, ни элементарной сообразительностью, так ещё и хамы редкостные.

Прилично так не доливают кофе , не первый раз. Еду пересаливают так что невозможно есть. Если оставить отзыв, связываются и говорят, что "еда не могла быть пересолена и это просто ваши личные психосоматические ощущения " . Выброшенные деньги, ноль клиентоориентированности
