Были в городе проездом, вечером решили покушать, зная хорошую репутацию заведения, сомнений куда ехать не возникло. В итоге половины из тех блюд что представлены на экране вообще нет, крылья, из за которых мы, соответственно и ехали тоже нет. Объяснили это тем что осталось пол часа до закрытия. Заказали из того, что есть - что уж поделать, номера заказов на экране даже не появлялись, пришлось подходить и спрашивать " а когда? ", с горем пополам получили заказ. Позор данному заведению, в следующий раз хорошо подумаем, прежде чем сюда ехать.

Посетили сегодня данное заведение. Оплатили заказ через терминал самообслуживания, деньги с карты списались, никакого чека не было получено. Позвали администратора, девушка Альфия, вроде как директор. Она стала утверждать, что оплата, якобы, не прошла. Никак не пыталась урегулировать ситуацию, предложила просто подождать, может быть деньги вернутся. Постоянно пряталась у себя в кабинете, приходилось вызывать её по несколько раз. Номер вышестоящего руководства отказалась предоставлять. По требованию сама позвонила территориальному менеджеру, зовут Ирина. От общения с ней толку тоже никакого. Отвратительный персонал, обслуживание на нуле.
