Отвратительное обслуживание г. Луга. Подошли на кассу.отстояли очередь.в итоге кассир отослала в терминал оплаты. Кассир перекрик вает музыку в зале. Ничего не слышно. Оказалось не работает терминал оплаты по картам на кассе. Сделали заказ в терминале.ждали заказ очень долго. Шефбургер и лонгер положили прям из холодильника.ледяные. Подошла спросила.почему холодные бургеры.Кассиры по-хамски ответили.что они должны быть холодными. Кинули в микроволновку разогревать. В итоге булка в кашу.помидоры сварились. Соус свернулся. Гадость несусветная. Были очень голодные.пришлось есть... У кассиров на бейджиках вместо имен клички... Боссмолокосос и т.д. Музыка в зале орет так.что с мужем друг друга силя напротив не слышали. На всех столах подносы с остатками еды. Баки для выброса переполнены. Народ жалуется на холодный кофе. Ужас.Колхоз в прямом смысле.

Не вкусно,мясо сырое в бургерах.Не рекомендую!!!И вообще в Луге часто бываю в командировках и там очень проблемно вкусно и еачественно покушать.Вроде Питер рядом,но совсем глухо вплане еды!

Раньше думал что во всех KFC должны одинаково готовить, а потом заметил что от ресторана к ресторану вкус меняется. Теперь самый любимый KFC в Южном, там все вкусно. А в KFC в Луге все пересолено, картошка не вкусная, из 4х заказов 2 выдали неправильно. В общем, ребятам нужно поработать над качеством еды и работы.
