Добрый день! Сегодня 13 ноября в 18.22 был оформлен заказ на сумму 1051 рубль посредством яндекс доставки на ошибочный адрес в другой город. По факту обнаружения ошибки заказ через минуту был отменен и была попытка связи с тех поддержкой яндекс доставки. Оператор без проблем тут же отменила заказ, но с уверенностью нам было заявлено, что деньги не будут возвращены и якобы они пошли на оплату доставки и использованных продуктов. Как через минуту они это успели - не ясно. При попытке продублировать заказ - тоже отказ, так бы хоть родственники бы поужинали. Прошу принять меры. Заказ был сделан из Томска, но в Стерлитамак. Прошу принять меры.

Заказ сделала, и сразу на табло загорелся что заказ готов к выдачи. Подошла и девушка мне отвечает, что ещё готовится. Зачем так делаете? Почему в др кфс табло выходит надпись готово к выдачи и выдают сразу. Не хотите работать, закройтесь лучше. Если не дети, то к вам не ходила б. До др кфс далеко ехать, но если сравнивать то на Ленина кфс лучше работают
