Заказал один раз себе 4 бургера, ждал минут 20 -30 и когда принесли заказ ,бургеры были не доконца запечатаны.можете это исправить

самое ужасное посещение общепита, которое только было. соус в наборе не дали, в бутерброд соус не положили, полностью сухой, добавили лук, который просили не добавлять... отвратительно.
