❌ Персонал слабенький ❌ В зале грязно. ❌Готовят на отдачу долго, еда не вкусная. Один раз зашли-больше туда ни ногой. Ради булочек с курицей и вам не советую эту точку.

Сделали вчера заказ, вместо 200 гр картофеля фри привезли 92 гр вместе с ведром, наггетсов аналогично недовезли 2 шт, и 2 крыла. Обратились на горячую линию, потратили 10 минут нашего времени, сказали что передали информацию в само заведение. Дальше через сутки вышла на связь менеджер данного заведения, сказала что к ней пришел отзыв - пустой. Теперь нужно ожидать снова решения. Ребята с таким сервисом далеко не уедете. Запросили все реквизиты, будем обращаться в роспотребнадзор.

Одна звезда за наличие туалета. Работают без перчаток, заказ готовили 20 минут, по очереди собирая его, в итоге все холодное, отказ. На кухне твориться хаос.
