Приехал за минут 15-20 до закрытия , отказали в обслуживании , сказали что уже никого нету и никто готовить не собирается , написано до 00:00 работают !!! Зря потрачены деньги на такси в обе стороны !!!!!

Добрый день. Я с пониманием отношусь к людям, работающим в сфере общепита, но за все время остался неприятный осадок. Данный отзыв написан на основе всех неприятных ситуация, которые возникли за минувшие 4 месяца при посещении данного ресторана KFC. Одна звезда не за хамское поведение сотрудников, не за грязь в заведении, не за качество еды, потому что это все на достаточно неплохом уровне. Одна звезда ставится из-за всех прошедших ситуаций, когда нам забывали положить в заказ какую-либо из позиций. За минувшие 4 месяца призошли следующие неприятности: - не положили шефбургер; - не положили два бургера как хиты по 60; - не положили пати бокс; - картошки в "сандерс картофель по-деревенски" за 160 рублей было картошки как просто в " малый картофель по-деревенски"; - не положили 8 крыльев по купону. Вы, конечно, можете сказать, мал сами виноваты, заказ нужно проверять. Но, прошу заметить, что мы клиенты и платим за продукцию очень немалые деньги, а неположенная позиция - удар по кошельку и животу:( Если сравнивать с другими фаст-фудами, в которых мы также бываем, то в "Бургкр-Кинг" ни разу не было проблем, что какую-то из позиций не положили (это не реклама БК, а просто факт наших наблюдений).
