Работаю неподалеку. Во времена KFC часто (несколько раз в неделю точно) тут что-то покупали и я и мои коллеги, но с тех пор, как это стало Ростиксом, ни я ни мои коллеги сюда не ходят в принципе. Я перестал ходить, т.к. "акционные" блюда надо брать через приложение. Терминал тоже не прокатывает. Вы реально думаете, что мне оно надо на моем телефоне, чтобы иногда что-то купить у вас по и так завышенным ценам даже с учетом "акции"?)) Ладно, сегодня было время и решил зайти, попытать счастья, вдруг что изменилось к лучшему, увидев рекламу на улице. Но, увы, сделать заказ опять не получилось. На терминале выбираешь блюдо - не понятно, как дальше его добавить в корзину и оплатить заказ, как было раньше. Разбираться не стал. Иду на кассу, там никого нет, крутящийся с заказами мальчик вежливо говорит, мол, пока заказ принять не можем, "надо подождать 5-7 минут". Я удивился такому бардаку и переспросил - что, прям 5-7 минут ждать?!, а он на полном серьезе отвечает - да. Вы реально думаете, что клиент должен стоять столько, ребята?))) Да и наверняка же, что я время потрачу и мне в итоге скажут, что опять надо заказывать через приложение)) В заведении полно иностранцев, студентов - мест свободных нет (рядом вуз, время обеденное, между парами). В самом заведении грязновато и тесновато, ощущение как на вокзале. Взял книгу отзывов - она явно не первой свежести, выглядит засаленной, страницы по краям пожелтели видимо от жира вокруг в воздухе. Оставил, конечно, отзыв, но, думаю, что ничего не изменится, оценки этой забегаловки на всех ресурсах и так низки, ну значит и дальше не будем даже заходить сюда. Пока писал отзыв в книгу отзывов, мальчик кому-то крикнул, чтобы тот встал на кассу. Реально из норм заведения стала помойка. Убедился в очередной раз, что значит "скрепное" управление.
