Любим курочку в KFC,давно и часто ездим за ней в данное заведение,в очередной раз заехали после работы и заказали острые крылья,большую порцию байтс и набор картошка фри с нагетсами,дак вот...открыли дома байтсы, а там откровенно видно,что меньше 300 гр,взвесили на кух.весах(уже из интереса) и оказалось вместо 300 гр,у нас 230!!!!(1 байтс весит в среднем 10 гр).Такая же ситуация и с нагетсами,указано 75гр., а по факту меньше!!!Очень не приятно!Не докладывают?Или мы переплачиваем???Не плохо!Перед походом сюда,прихватите весы!!!

Худшее заведение kfc в Петрозаводске. Любой косяк в еде прикрывают спецоперацией)) при отсутствии хашбрауна в боксмастере они заявили, что их не будет из-за санкций, хотя накануне в победе всё было)). Более того, курица- просто сухарь. Предложили поменять боксмастер на такой же, то есть с картофелем по деревенски, про возврат денег и слова менеджер не сказал. Сервис в зоне обслуживания тоже пофигестический.

По еде вопросов нет, брали и бургеры, и закуски, очень вкусный милкшейк попкорн, отдали быстро, отметили наклейкой то, что без лука, но есть вопросик к тому, что кассир уходит помогать со сборкой заказа и, если вы стоите у кассы, молчаливо ожидая, вас не видят :)) да, есть терминал для самостоятельного заказа, но многие им не пользуются и можно наблюдать картину грустных людей, которые ждут, когда же их, наконец, заметят. При сборке нашего заказа девушка вслух рассуждала, что же у нас там без лука и сколько же бургеров в заказе, побросала в пакет, поняла, что неправильно, снова возмутилась 😂 мы не обидчивые, но сидели прямо у кассы и слушать было забавно, какие же мы такие избирательные 👌🏻
