2* это руководителям, в вечерний итенсив выводите больше сотрудников, поясню почему: 1) На кухне 1 сотрудник и физически не успевает приготовить в обещанное время для гостя, мало того ожидание моё составило 21 минуту. 1 сотрудник на сборке и Менеджер. А ваш менеджер девочка это вообще отдельная история КФС. Проведите ей обучение по HACCP, нельзя без перчаток находиться на производстве и работать щипцами. 2) в зале столы заняты разносами, грязные от соусов и крошки. Нет отдельного человека который бы производил уборку. 3) второй этаж перекрыли около 19 часов вечера, чтобы перед закрытием меньше тратить время на уборку. Нас было много людей и мы ютились все на 1-ом этаже. 4) качество картофеля фри оставляет желать лучшего, остывший и пересоленный. Посещение мною состоялось 08.11.2022 г.

Была 28.10.22. Время на чеке 17:29. Номер чека 331775. Стоим в очереди на оплату наличными. Парень кассир взял один заказ и ушёл собирать… стоим ждём , он не идёт принять заказ у нас. Повторюсь , у нас Наличка и по терминалу заказать не можем. Позвала его на кассу , в ответ услышал от девочки собиравшей заказ : «ОЙ БЛ*ЯЯЯ!!!». Некрасиво! Мы такие же клиенты, не виноваты , что у нас наличка с собой! Почему нельзя поставить кассира и чтобы он не уходил ?! Клиентоориентированность на нуле. В зале холодно ужасно!
